Have you ever wondered about the woman of the book Song of Solomon in the Bible? I have and if you have this is the book to read.
The story of of Solomon’s Shulummite wife, a shepherdess from the the northern tribes of Israel. You see an arranged marriage turn to on of love and joy. Arielah becomes one of the many wives of King Solomon.
She is mocked and scorned by the other wives, until someone hires a group of soldiers to attack her when she looks for Solomon. She leaves the palace to go home with her parents to rest and heal. She awaits word from her husband but none comes. One day he comes riding to her parents home and takes her back home with her. There she dies while giving birth to their child.
A love story with a little suspense and mystery. A good read for anyone who enjoys biblical novels.
